Support, Defects and Knowledge Desk (SDK Desk)

Support, Defects and Knowledge Desk (SDK Desk) is an Open Source helpdesk and bugtracker system written in Java. After support tickets have been resolved, they may be published as knowledge articles, and made searchable for registered users. SDK Desk is heavily using the great MVC framework DbForms for data manipulation.

SDK Desk is not yet available for download.

SDK Desk should in theory run on an platform supporting Java 5.0, but this has only been tested on Linux and Windows. In order to run it, you will need the following software:

• J2SE 5.0 JDK
• A JSP/Servlet container, e.g. Tomcat
• A JDBC capable database. Initial support for Oracle.
